Waste Chain Management (WCM) – EPR Edition
The Rasuseco Waste Chain Management platform is a web-based system that connects producers, PROs, local authorities, MRFs and recyclers within a single data model. It supports producer and packaging registration, structured upload and validation of declarations, tracking of materials from collection to final treatment, and generation of EPR fee summaries and performance dashboards. The platform is designed for the realities of Malaysian and Southeast Asian waste systems and can be adapted to different regulatory setups.
EPR Fee and Target Scenario Explorer (Coming Soon)
Our upcoming scenario explorer will allow regulators, PROs and industry platforms to test different EPR design choices before they are implemented. Users will be able to compare fee levels, eco-modulation approaches and target pathways, and see how these choices affect system revenue, cost coverage and expected collection and recycling outcomes over time. The tool is built to support transparent discussion among stakeholders by making assumptions and trade-offs explicit.
Packaging Data Schema and Templates
Rasuseco provides a set of standard templates and schemas to help producers organise their packaging data in an EPR-ready format. These include master data structures for SKUs and GTINs, packaging bills of materials with weight breakdowns, and fields for recycled content, recyclability and material coding. The templates are aligned with our digital tools and can also be used as a foundation for in-house systems or other national platforms, reducing the burden of repeated reformatting and improving data quality from the start.
